Engine Test Session Down In Dallas
« on: January 31, 2016, 06:05:59 PM »
Things went down heavy here in Dallas the last two days. It's really very simple, these motors have got to be shown, that they are dealing with a Control Line Stunt Flyer and, that is not someone to mess around with!! LL~

I used to test engines that way, on one of those very same stands.  Then, one day, the C clamps started shaking loose and it got real exciting for a bit.  Now I bolt the test stand to the other stand with nylock nuts.  I will admit that the offending engine was an older Fox.

You can't mess around with the Saito. It will want to take that stand flying, as I found out lol.
