Color Code for Eather props
« on: April 15, 2017, 08:47:39 PM »
Any one able to confirm the Color Code of Eather props? I have some Blue ones, Green ones, and Red ones . All are three blade except one two blade. The two blade is the only one that is finished and is hand marked with dia. and pitch(11 3/8"X5 3/4). All the three bladed props are unfinished with lots of mold flashing to be sanded off and not marked for pitch or dia. The Red two blade I have has a healthy amount of under camber , hard to tell on the unfinished three blade props I have.

I asked Brian that exact same question a few months ago. He replied that given all the different types of props he makes that there are way too many to color code. Long story short, there is no code.

I have some red ones and some blue ones. The red ones are all significantly u/c, while the blue ones are all "flatback" as he calls them. No clue about green, because I have none. I like the red ones, if you don't!  :) Steve
