Bum Meister

I am looking for information on Carl W. Bumgarner.   He is listed but has not been active on Stunthanger  for a long time.

He created a profile kit years ago "The Bum Meister",   I have one of the kits but no plans for it.    I'd like to find a set of plans or know if the plans were ever published ???
