Try to keep its weight down.  A club member built one at 72 ounces  ~^ and then complained that it didn't fly very well.... HB~>

Leester built one put a la 46 on it and it fly's real nice. Gifted it to a buddy that flew  beginner  at the Nats this last year and placed 5th. It is nice and light I liked it enough I bought one and the zero in the same series.

Back in 2005 at the Brodak Fly-In, I won first place in Advance PAMPA Stunt event with the Hawker Sea Hurricane model. I think it was the first time that a profile won that event against those full bodied stunters.

Hey John: what happened?  Did some Brit defect to the Russians?

If you are talking about the Warbird series of Brodak kits, they all fly great if built light and straight.  The Hurricane I have hanging on the hook in the shop was put through a decent pattern on second flight.  Need to get the rest of the series to finish out what kits I have on the shelf.

Mr. Richlen, as regarding that club member that built that boat anchor called a Hurricane that weighed 72 ounces, I believe that member ended up stomping on the plane!  #^ ~> ~^

May we assume that he broke his foot doing so? :)

Scott,
I had a book on the Hurricane. During WWII the Brits were delivering some Hurricanes to Russia. An all white airplane with reds stars was simple to do.
