AMA Contest Sanction applications - District 6
« on: February 02, 2016, 10:44:47 AM »
I submitted a contest sanction application back in November and it just got approved. I tried to contact our Contest Coordinator and got no response, and because the contest is in Late Feb I was getting very concerned. So I contacted the AMA in Muncie and they took care of the problem. Bottom line there is a backlog of sanction applications that have not been processed yet for District 6, so if you need yours quickly you may need to call the Muncie offices to get it resolved.

Colleen Pierce at the Muncie office was very helpful, give her a call if you waiting for your sanction and time is running short.

Fred,
I've been using the AMA "Contest Director Portal" and getting my sanctions online. Seems to be much faster and less fuss. If in a bind, Colleen has been great!

Even the on-line sanction applications took longer than normal, agree the on-line version works I have done both.
