Need help here guys.  I cannot find the number of the Flying Models plans for Jimmy's first NATS winner the Spectrum Mk III.  Anyone know the number?  It will be eligible in 2013 and it will probably be that long for me to get one built! LOL!!

Anyone?

Thanks

Bill   Your Idea  of skill classes in Classic or N-30 is a good idea. The one problem we have here at the Huntersville contest is people to run the events. Combat and Carrier have taken off big time the last two year at out contests. But please note that the people that brought it up are now running it. It is almost like a separate contest at the same time as the stunt contest. At first  the organizers supplied the trophies and if it takes off with good attendance the club picks up the cost of trophies. It is more work than you think. Advertising the event, getting trophies, getting reliable people to run the event with out stealing them from the main event stunt. AMA coverage comes under the stunt contest if it is listed as a event. Combat and Carrier came about because some members wanted to fly the event. We are now starting to draw combat flyers from a long distance. It will never happen unless you come to one of our club meeting and talk to us about it. We meet at the field the fourth Saturday of the month at 2PM. I have thought for quite some time to put on a Old Time N-30 contest at a different date from the two Hunterville contests. We have four people that do nothing but the paperwork for two days just to keep things running. I would suggest you come and just do some of the paperwork for one of our contest and you can survey people about your idea at the same time. Even if you can no longer fly you can do the paperwok and people would enjoy having you here. #^
