What's the difference between the original Nobler and the green box Nobler?

There are some outline differences because when the plans for the GB were made the original was not available and GA drew for memory. Really they are different airplanes but not radically. IMW (worthless)O The GB is the more attractive of the 2 but I suspect the 52 is the better of the 2 aerodynamically.

George Aldrich swore that the Nobler that Brodak produces is a replica of his initial (and winning) effort. The Top Flite ARF is pretty close to the green box.
There are several iterations of the Gieseke's as well.
As far as I know, the green box and Top Flite ARF were a year or two late to qualify for OTS, but most let them fly.
