I was in wally world the other day andfor $7 i picked up what was said to be a high tech airplane...
It looks to be a modern version of a catapault launched glider.
Foam and carbon or plastic i think.
I have yet to try and see how well it flys but the weather here has been way to hot to be outside playing at all...

Samuel and I have 3 of these. On a calm day they are really excellent flyers. We have a lot of fun with them.

I prefer the AMA CUB.  (not an ARF!)  I've built several, and when my grandson visits, he has fun flying them.  (but I do the winding so that he doesn't overwind)
