Fred http://www.texastimers.com/ sells the needle for the cox 128tpi and you need a spray bar from a old cox postage stamp back plate. Take the carb completely off and fit the spray bar inside the case. I'm assuming this is for the newer revlite version which has the screw on carb with small holes for the screws i think some of the old norvels had glued in ones and had a really big hole in the case which means you need to jb weld a td carb inside and put the 128tpi needle inside that. good luck Shawn Cook

In recent years there have been some excellent topics on the Cox engines forum referring to changing out the Norvel NVA to fine thread for bladder use:

http://www.coxengineforum.com/t2941-fine-thread-nva-for-a-norvel?highlight=norvel

http://www.coxengineforum.com/t2949-fine-thread-needle-on-norvel-s-and-similar-engines?highlight=norvel

As far as I know there is no direct replacement fine thread NVA that perfectly fits the Norvel intake

I use Norvel Aero .049 with the short combat snout and a Texas Timers sourced fine thread NVA with a piece of 5/32" tubing cut to the width of the venturi ( the cox spray bar to too small a diameter for the existing Norvel case holes for the factory NVA)...some solder the assy, I just use JB weld

Another option is to just fab a spray bar/sprinklry into the wide open venturi and us a OS max 10R/C (21081909) remote NVA

Just take the whole venturi out and make the spray bar fit if dosent fit drill it. if you cant drill it because I know some of the norvels are different with the bigger hole jb weld a td carb in there with the cox fine thread and if you dont want that then try and find a spray bar needle from a va engine because the o.d. is bigger and the thread is super fine. Fred the evo .36 needle may work I never tried it but its 10 dollars and it comes with a bracket you would just need to make a simple spray bar in the case with one end caped off http://www.horizonhobby.com/airplanes/all-air-engine-parts/needle-valve-assembly%3A36nt-evo036874  btw this is a really hq needle with a rubber o ring inside its fairly fine thread but it will hold high pressure for sure if its hard to needle add alot of nitro and cut your prop down
