For those of you from the Northwest, you may remember my little toe headed son running around the pits at contests a few years ago. Well, he called last night and he is getting married. Picked an awesome girl, too. I gain a very sweet daughter. My wife asked if I was happy about it and I said, "more bemused". Here's to hoping for grandkids I can teach to fly....

Congratulations Randy. Linda and I have 13 grandchildren and none of them fly yet, they are the greatests gifts in the Universe.

Way to go Randy.    Also remember to not yell at them if they mess up.  Of course at this time it is a few years down the road.   If I could get all my grand kids out to fly, that know how, I wouldn't have to fly.  Have a couple more that want to learn.   By the way tell the young man congrats from the old DOC.

Congrats Randy.  My kids are all about grown now and I'm thinking I'm ok with being a Grandpa.  My wife and I have to borrow our nieces and nephews for some of our fun activities.  I had one of them in my arms flying CL in a picture on the back of CL World not long ago.  I remember him screaming "I'm doing it! I'm doing it!" over and over again with his little hand in the handle.  Your in for some great time man!
