Hi Mike,
Very glad to hear it went well.  I don't know a lot about that proceedure but do have a friend in Phoenix who had it done a little over a year ago.   He went from 325 lbs to 170 in about 9 months so it definitely works.

Hoping great things for you my friend!  Looking forward to the Mo Best kit also.  But take it easy for a while!

Hey Mike!

Good luck with the new you!  I'm sure your doctor already told you this, but if your joint pain eases up with reduced weight get out there and exercise.  Then you'll be "that skinny guy jumping around".  You probably won't be able to compete with Shug for energy level, though.

Good news Mike.

We pray for a speedy recovery with no complications.

As I sat here in Jackson, MS tonight, eating a seafood buffet, I thought of you. It is great that you will be able to control your weight, but it would be terrible for me to live in "the Big Easy" and not be able to avail myself of all the great food available there.

Good luck.

Lets all pray that Mike can stay on the diet and exercise.  I myself am on a see food diet.   If I see it I eat it.
