With another right behind. Thanks for the PIC. I saw my first Helldiver at the Royal Thai Air Museum at DonMuang Thailand in 08. Pretty big airplane.

Here's one for the books. The original caption has it as a F6F but it's an F4F..... The hook is engaged.... still on the deck.... but in two pieces. How do you score this??LOL......

Actually, that is a Hellcat, not a Wildcat - note the wing mounted landing gear.
