E Legacy conversion

I just finished up my electric conversion of a Legacy ARF. There was way more work than I expected. In
addition to the conversion, I made it completely take apart while changing the landing gear wires ( the originals were too soft )and I installed Dave Brown pushrods.
I had to shorten the nose and move the battery inside the wing to bring the CG as indicated by the designer.
It came up to 64 oz with battery ready to fly.
TP 2700 5S , Plettenberg 20-16, Shulze F2B ESC and Aerolectric TP-1 processor.
I found that it was a lot of work , probably because it was my first time completing a proejct like this one. In hindsight it would've probably been easier to build a new fuselage, which is what I will do next time. Im now just waiting for Spring to put in the first trimming flights.

I like what you have done there.
You mentioned that the model is a take apart.
How is the wing installed?
A picture would be great.

I like the looks of the plane,  but, I would have made the opening for the air out lets mucho bigger than the inlet.   Of course this is E power and not IC like I use all time.

                         I took some pics of the take apart. I always build two panel take apart wings but this time the wing was already built for me.

The wiring goes to the timer or processor . Kim's processor has an electronic needle to set RPM among many other features. We installed it behind the wing to have weight in the aft. , and to be away from the prop.....

Gustavo,

Nice job, but you don't have to wait for Spring for trim flights, bring it with you on your next trip to NC and I'll meet you at the field.  I went flying two days ago, although I was the only one at the field, it was calm, overcast and 48 degrees.  Come on down!
