For sure, I never had seen that before too neither any comment about that.  

Yes, I find that magazine cover in the net  

However, I don't know were come from!!! US, Canada, Australia

I suppose the price are in US dollars!

I try search by name of supposed post man Heman Lee and goes to AeroManiacs web page.
May be Heman Lee can give us some information!
