KOI 2015

Anybody out there know the dates for the KOI as well as the location for this Contest this coming year?

KOI is usually on Martin Luther King weekend, in 2015 it is Jan 17 & 18. Hopefully since it is a little later in January maybe we will get spring temps rather than winter. See you there.

Hey Garf, off topic but how much difference in fuel consumption did you have in the freezing cold air, as opposed to 60s-70s?

Virtually no difference, but the engines were very hard to start.

In cold weather you need a hot battery and glow plug.   Also burp the engine before getting ready to fly.
