A treat at the flying field.

Yesterday evening the wind was barely moving, temps were in the low 70s and it couldn't have been better for flying.  But then things got better.  I'd just finished a flight when I spotted something odd just above the horizon.  As it got closer I recognized it was a biplane, and had it pegged as a Stearman that can occasionally be spotted flying around the skies over Salina.  As it turns out, our club's president was a passenger on board.  The pilot flew over at a low altitude and made a couple passes, even turned on the smoke system for a bit.  One of our RC flyers got a few pictures, and a really short video clip...
