Racing control handles

So what is everyone using for a control handle and where can one get them?

I made a few of my own, some from 1/4" aluminum with oak sides some from birch ply stacked 1" thick. Home Depot has the cable, collars and crimp tool. You just have to devise a way to hold the cable from slipping without crushing it.

 Dave Mark was making a really nice speed & racing handle at a good price ,dont have any info on how to get ahold of him
