I hate to update things. After no help I got this screwy software to work again. I hope its right. But it is working. The only thing Taptalk support gave me was a clue. With support like that how can they stay in business ? The wave of the future. Just wait until cars are built under the same premise. Here's you new car you figure it out.

Sounds like this Windows program this electronic junk is supposedly working on.   Set my cookies to inhibit the pop ups and then I can't log on to any thing.   The pop ups still keep popping up.   So I set it back to where it was and am learning to live with it.   Takes me twice to post anything though.
