Berserker?

Does anyone fly or have pictures of a Berserker?
Any comments on the plane would be appreciated. I keep looking at it as I thumb through Stunt News and it is calling out to me.
Thankee.

I believe it had a Tigre 60 on it. It flew in Advanced or Open at the NATS. It was competitive. A big big profile.

Shug,

I googled to find a photo of the model but came up empty.

Randy,

That's really good art.

Noel Drindak designed it. PAMPA has plans. He wrote for Stuntnews. Maybe there's a pic in that. Look through his old columns.

Elwyn nailed it; Berserker is a profile 60-size stunter, based on the SV-11 airfoil and moments.  It is an AWESOME stunter, with the best engineered front-end on any profile.  Noel and I flew ours with PA 61's and RoJett 65's. Well designed to avoid the pitfalls of most profiles, the fuse is light but impressively stiff, allowing competition grade capability.

I do appreciate all the info. It is a big un. Been wanting to fly a large plane and the Berserker seems like a fine one. Plus....I love the name.

I may be wrong but I doubt it.

Yes, I know this is an old thread.

Just curious if there is anyone out there that could scan and email the 3 Berserker articles from the Jan/Feb, March/April & May/June 2005 Stunt News.

I would like to read more in depth regarding Noel Drindak's profile fuselage construction process with the foam, balsa, and thin plywood.

Thanks,

Brent.

The Berserker article is over three issues of Stunt News. January to May/June 2005.

It is not. I just went on there and it shows 0 mags for 2005. There are several entries like that throughout with missed or skipped years. I sent an email awhile ago asking if someone would be kind enough to re-upload these issues. Crickets has been the answer.......  If anyone has the 2005 articles and mag plan please send me and Shug an email.

Thanks

Funny, Mark when I responded earlier today THERE WAS NO THREAD. My remark was made earlier.  I'm on my PC now and for the life of me I cannot understand why my post is at the bottom garnering your answer as if I had somehow missed something,   anyways thank you.
