If no one comes up with the number it could be figured out using an APC prop which I find to be fairly true to the stated pitch. It's probably something reasonable like 1/4" would be a good starting point.

If it's anything like  Prather unit, I can measure that. I doubt that a minor difference in thickness will matter much, the blade angle will still be the same. If it is the same as a Prather unit, Jim Lee makes a replacement holder that is wider than the stock piece and makes it easier to use the guage. Jim is listed in the vendors section.

     PS to add: Is this a guage that is currently available? Got a photo? I know some people that are interested in pitch guages but since the Prather unit isn't made any more, I don't know where to send them, and I ain't parting with mine!

  I  followed the links in one of the posts to see if this guage is still available, and appearantly it is not in production and hasn't been for a while. It looks like a copy of the Prather guage, and again, Jim Lee has a nice replacement prop block that is wider and more stable than the original. I just got my copy of the latest Aeromodeler magazine, and inside there is mention of a guage available from England from a company called Pylon Line and it's a copy of the Prather unit. Cost is 55 pounds, I'm guessing about 110 dollars US plus shipping.
   What other pitch guages are available in the US currently? I'm checking around for a friend of mine, so he quits asking to borrow my Prather guage!

For the slider block use nylon or similar instead of aluminum - slides better.
