Download the plan in PDF here http://www.outerzone.co.uk/ take the file to Staples etc and have them print it.

I like outerzone too.  

Another option for printing is make sure you are running the latest adobe acrobat reader and tile print, then set up a light table and assemble. My light table is a storm window, a drop light and a milk crate.

CHECK THE SCALE WITH A RULER BEFORE AND AFTER ASSEMBLY!!!
