eBay Fodder - Unidentified Biplane?

Saw this surfing eBay and wondered if it's from a kit or a one-off design?
I'm guessing that's a Greenhead .29 or .35 in there. Veco wheels. Everything looks vintage 60's.

Obviously a very ratty Flying Fool with 3-line throttle control.  I restored one such model that I got for free.  I would need to get this one free to do it again.

As the old saying goes, "A fool and his money is soon parted".    I wonder if anybody is crazy enough to bid on it.  Then maybe the engine might work.

It doesn't appear to be a Flying Fool. I saw a plan of something like it on Outerzone, but it would require some searching to find it.

We have a number of speculators out there. This one, probably the engine in it might be worthwhile salvaging, if the seller offered a lower starting bid.

This scenario reminds me of the old Berkeley kits. They are old, they are collector items, but only a few are interested. Some of the designs are in the rough requiring minor improvements that only an experienced modeler would be able to do. Accuracy of kit wood is rough, requiring additional trimming, and without full scale plans makes it difficult.

All in all, I guess it is what it is.

I think its a modified Fool, the upper wing appears to have been lowered and the flaps added but otherwise all the shapes and proportions look about right. The engine, in that condition, isn't worth but maybe $40 tops and most likely less, rusty outside usually means rusty inside. The airplane itself, zero, but there always seems to be someone out there that will bite. Several times I saw some weird sheet winged profile .35 powered airplane, something like "hand made original racing plane" or some such. Buy it Now $295, I know it was listed at least 3 times and never sold. Right now there's a hacked McCoy .49 with a BIN price of $255, it's been on there for months. One of those deals where the owner saw on once that sold for that and he's determined he will too. In its condition, I would give him maybe $100 for it.
