HMR sighting at the WSR
« on: July 04, 2014, 09:53:48 PM »
HMR appeared at the WSR Thursday. He left Friday afternoon.

He liked it before arriving, but had difficulties once here. Much work was done and he left with a plane that flew better. It showed its Impact heritage upon leaving!

He should have it in tip top shape for Poland!

Btw, he likes the ILD and the IAT now, as do I.

Go get them in Poland Howard!!

Had urgent request from HMR Friday evening.  Possible special delivery, live, from CA on Sunday.  Good day for a road trip.  Talk about service.

I cannot understand this conversation -- there's too many TLAs.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Yeah sure....This from the guy who supplied HMR with the WLD!
The WLD allows OF's to fly electric and not burn down batteries.

Actually, Tim supplied the TUT, which makes the LEDs do more interesting things than just show geezers whether their batteries are charged.

Many thanks to PW and Shal for the hospitality, trimming, and coaching.  A sign on the way to the Ranch sums it up: "We can train any dog."
