Frank has replied to me twice over the last three days, and said he is going to VSC. I sent another email this afternoon and got the auto-reply below. Check it out, send him a test email, you should get the same response:

Dear Bowman's Rings Customers,
Frank gets to go to the Vintage Stunt Contest in Tucson, AZ for a little bit next week.
He had his Daughter and 1 month old Grandbaby here this week for a "Surprize visit".
So if you haven't gotten your rings in the mail soon, it means you will have to wait a little longer, he will get to them as soon as we get back from vacation, around the 25th of March.
Sorry for your wait but Grandbabies are very important to us around here!!!
