Why am i now listed wrong

A monthjago I had a computer problem. After getting it fixed all was well except my listing is under an old name "Big Country Joe"  with all the old info in my Profile.  I checked and my correct name is  found with the new info and the rotating trophy etc but very time I come to the forum the old name etc pops up.  How do I get it changed?

Delete your cookies and then sign again with your new info.  The old info will still be on file here but you could ask the administrator to delete it.  Not sure what would happen to your old posts.

I have no idea of how to delete "cookies". Also I have no idea of what my newest personal info for this site is.  I know it was changed some time ago from "Big Countrty joe" to the more recent "Joe Just" (my real name)  Why can't somebody in SH administration help me?

If you know your correct login, log out and log back in again.
