I have, several times, tried to see who "somebody" really is, and clicked on their file name.  No actual name!  I thought that was against forum rules?

As Long as I can see it.

Or I can see it. Grin

It HAS to be in the registration, but not everything in the "Account" is visible to those other than Admin.  It DOES have to be in the registration, but not in the Profile that can be seen by normal members.

Bill,

How do you determine whether or not members are "normal?"  Some of us are, at least,
quite strange.

     Best wishes for the holidays,

I agree that it would be good to be able to see a persons real name. As far as "normal" goes, it is the rest of you that are abnormal, I am just fine. y1

well some people are under the impression that by putting their name on a forum where it can be read, will contribute to getting their identity hacked,,
just so you guys understand the "logic" of why certain individuals hide their names

Hi Richard! LOL!!

By "normal" I simply meant those that are not Admin.  Of course you knew that, and if I was judged to be "normal", then this old World of ours would be in a heap of trouble... LOL!!
