End Point adjustments for U/Tronics
« on: November 14, 2011, 06:50:38 AM »
There has been a discusion about problems using U/Tronics with Electric power.

The main problem revolves around the range of inputs that a typical ESC will accept.  The Single channel U/Tronics Control unit was designed to work with standard Analog  (not Digital) Servos.  This allowed the modeler to move the servo more than 90 degrees.  ESC's require a tighter range of inputs therefore we have added information to adjust the range of pulse widths available from the U/Tronics units.

The second sketch shows how to add an Engine Kill switch for a Glow powered model.
