I want to take a few minutes to stop and apologize to everyone.

Due to a few personal problems I have not been getting orders delivered very well. I think we now have most of the problems corrected, as well as we can, and I can get back to filling orders and making parts.

I do not want to go into all of the problems as some of them are very personal but here are a few of the thing we have had to do over the past few months. We returned from VSC and decided we needed to move across town because of some health problems with Emilys parents so we could be closer to them and help them more. So, we had to find a house. We spent a few weeks doing that and then once we found the house we had to move. I was amazed at how much stuff we had accumulated over the past 15 plus years there. Anyway, cleaning it all out and moving it all across town took a good while also. Then once we were semi settled in the new house we would go to the shop that was just a couple of blocks from our old house and try to work but after working there we faced a 45 to 1 hr drive home.  It was really hard on us especially after working all day at our full time day job. So we decided we needed to move the shop. We happend to find a new location that was about 1/2 the size of the old one but much closer to our new home. Only about 5 minutes away.  It is a small suburburb town of Albuquerque called Corrales. So now we are moving 2000 sf of stuff to a shop less than 1000 sf. Kinda like trying put 2 tons of fertilizer in a 1 ton truck, if you know what I mean. To make a long story short. We finally have our business license and certifacte of accupancy done with the city and we have the place almost set up and we are starting to get some the orders we are behind on, out and caught up. While setting up the new shop Emily's Dad insisted on helping so I had him setting up some shelves, a task I thought would keep him out of trouble. Well apparently not. While I was at my day job and he and Emily were at our store, he was setting up the shelves and decided he needed to cut piece of wood  for part of it and while using a circular saw it kicked back and cut his hand badly. I could drag this part of the story but will not. He ended up losing his ring finger and having surgery to fix what he had damaged with the saw. Mind you he is going to be 90 in August. He is still in pretty good shape and it is hard to keep him still. He is doing very well with it and he will get the cast off, that put on to keep him from moving it, (but that doesn't stop him) on July 1st. Anyway this isn't everything that has been going on but some of the highlights.

As you can all tell it has been pretty hectic for us over the past few months and I have hardly been on the internet or email to answer folks. For this I apolagize. We have things pretty well under control now and will be able to answer your emails and get your orders out in a more timely manner. First we need to get caught up on the orders we are behind on.

I know excuses don't fix slow service but hopefully you all will forgive us and continue to do business with us in the future.

Thank you all for your support and past business.

Jim - I sympathise. In fact when I realise how much stuff I have accumulated in 50 years, I empathise.
Also best wishes to your dad.
Good luck and best wishes.

Hi everyone,

First, I want to thank everyone for the support and kind words. I think (knock on wood) we about have everything under control, or as under control as life gets.

I have not been on the forums much since I originally posted this thread. I have been just tryiing to catch up on orders and I think we are getting close to having all of the older orders out.  Thank all of you for your patience.

My two packages that were on back order were delivered yesterday.  I constantly marvel at the workmanship of the items you produce or offer for sale.  Thanks for being a great supplier.
