How can I attach a personal photo to my profile? I have tried but it will not attach.

At the top of the screen select - Profile
On the left side select - Modify Profile
On the left side select - Forum Profile Information
Click on - I will upload my own picture.
Click on Browse and select your picture.

There is a MAX size but I do not know what that size is.
