Hay Government grants, if nothing else, creates jobs.  I still wounder where all of the juice will come from to charge all of these cars.

Coal, back,East!  HB~> Electric cars only limit pollution in a few areas of the country where solar and hydro and gas provide the power. However, currently (sorry for the pun) you can find free charging stations and foist the expense onto the rest of us. A relatve, who shall remain unnamed, never pays to charge his/her car. Never buys gas, thus contributing to road maintanence. Thanks a lot!  LL~
