Milled heads pics for Charles

These were slick heads with no fins, some cut before or after anodizing
Huge difference in performance in the 40 engine with these as opposed to the no fin heads

I just saw this.

WOW! Really nice work, they look store bought!  H^^

I'm guessing you had them anodised after the tooling, correct?

The one on the end has a solid area, could you please explain that head?

Hi Charles  as  I stated  I cut some before and some after anodizing, the  head with the corner left goes to the front intake side of the motor.
Some also have fins cit into the side of the head, as well as the  top

If I decide to keep that Enya Classic, I'll send you the head. You do do great work!  H^^

You can have it anodised after the tooling?

Can you have small stuff anodised? Chromed?  ;D

Seems like a easier alternative for this would be to simply use a head from the older 5224?

Shtterman at the E-Bay "Control Line Store" lists them new. Order the low compression one for stunt.  8)

In all honesty I would just run it as is. Enya hasn't been in business all these years for nothing. I haven't seen anything but quality engines come out of their shop.  See how it runs and then make a decision.

I'm thinking of designing a Fokker Dr-1 for this engine.

36" in span, possibly 42" in span.

I'll look for a good three view or find a set of plans.
