Worth much for stunt?
« on: March 22, 2017, 06:56:14 PM »
Is this Super Tigre 60 any good for stunt? With a venturi of course... I see many different kind of ST 60s out there, which one is the popular one for a 60 size airplane?

Thanks Chris

The one in the pictures is one of  the heavier versions.  The one most used for stunt is one with the single piece case and a baffle piston/liner.  The later motors were more and more tuned for higher rpms and don't work as well for classic stunt runs.

Thanks for the info! Do the later motors have the baffle to tell them apart from the earlier better ones?

All ST 60  1 piece  case motors  have  baffle  pistons

The  G-60,  shown  is  very heavy
