Navy Carrier at the 2016 NATs
« on: June 28, 2016, 01:01:18 PM »
I looked at the Entrees section for Navy Carrier and was quite surprise to find that there are 42 planes entered this year in the various events. Seventeen CL 1&2, ten Profile Class, and 15 in Thursday's unofficial events. In the AMA official events the entries are near 50/50 as far as IC and e are concerned. These are the official pre-cut off entries that the AMA uses for the Trophy count, so there could be more planes show up or then again some of the pre-entries may not show either. This is the largest number of entries I've seen sense I have been attending the NATs.
This will probably mean the people that are flying will have to help time when needed and in general help our Official's keep the contest moving during each day of competition. I will try to take some pictures and post them after I get home.
