Comfort grip for X-acto blade handle

The ink finally ran out on a cheap Pilot ink pen. It did have a comfortable soft rubber grip. I wondered, if it would easily slide off the now worthless pen; it does. Would it easily fit on the standard X-acto handle: it does. A much more comfortable grip now. From the Pilot G-2 07 pens, they come in a multi-pack.
