My most special ship
« on: May 15, 2014, 12:35:06 PM »
I thought this would be the right place. Though I think i'm kind of younger than most of people who post here, I'd like to share my as time goes by story.
The pics are from one ship named Aspirante (Cadet), and this is a kit from 1986, that I build and never finished.
I covered the wings and that's all. It hung on the wall until Dec2012, when my mother gave me a call and said either I got my model stuff there or it was trash... That's when I got back into CL, and decided to go on and make the model fly. It's got a Sassi .35, engine made in Brazil.
Why this ship is so special???
It's the last ship my father gave me while he was alive, and I only fly it on Father's Day.
I miss him a lot... He was a very wise man, and I thank him for all he did for me. He made me the person I am today, and I know he is very pround....

Good for you, that you have something to remember your Dad with.   It looks fast and I can understand why you don't push it through the pattern.  Thanks for the video and pictures. H^^
